Why so I sleep so well, and so quick when I am at my friend's cabin?

Question:
WHen ever I am at my friend's cabin, which is out in the country, and almost out in the middle of no where, and when I go to bed, I sleep so well, and fall asleep fast. All I hear is the cars whizzing by on the highway, which is near the cabin. WHen I am at home, most of the time I do have trouble falling asleep, but whether I need them or not, I do take sleeping pills to help me sleep. Is it the atmoshere that makes me more sleepy at the cabin, or is it something else.

Answers:
Perhaps you are out of energy as a result of your long journey to get to the cabin, and the sound of the highway, luls you into a deep sleep because it is a constant sound in your head. It could also be the fresh air and getting away from the city too.
You probably get more fresh air and feel more relaxed at the cabin than you do at home. There's also a chance that the bed you sleep in at the cabin is more suited to your body's needs than your own bed at home. Next time you go there, take note of the qualities of the mattress there and compare it to the one at your house. It doesn't seem like it, but that alone can make a world of difference.
