Why is my one pupil bigger than the other ?

Question:
for the last few weeks i have noticed my 1 pupil goes bigger than my other 1 in my eye is this anything 2 worry about or shall i just for get about it

Answers:
Are you sure the problem has been around for only a few weeks? Take a look at some old photographs of yourself and see if you can notice a difference between your pupils. If this is the case then you probably have physiological anisocoria (normal difference in pupil size). However, if this problem is recent and getting worse it can be the sign of a more serious systemic health problem. In any case, you should have an eye exam yearly to monitor the health of your eyes.
my left pupil is bigger than the right.. idk why though.

sorry.
Your pupils actually dilate (which is some special term for going big and small). The pupils react to light, and heat even. They go smaller if you expose it to intense light and heat. If you only shined light in one eye.. it actually goes smaller.. but don't worry even if it's not due to light.. it's nothing dangerous or anything to be wary about.
Both pupils will not necessarily dialate at the same rate. The dialation lets more light in to help with vision. If your vision is not exactly the same in both eyes, the eyes will dialate differently. Although this is not something to be very concerned about, it would be wise to have an eye exam to elliminate the possibility of a more serious cause. My daughter recently, at the young age of 39, had a cataract removed. It was not actual noticed until her regular eye checkup. Routine eye exams are always a good idea.
