Should I take a nap?

I got 2.5 hours of sleep last night, and have the rest of the day to myself.

If you feel tired and don't have anything else you need to be doing, go right ahead. With that little amount of sleep, I'm sure you don't feel your best, and if you take a nap you'll wake up feeling a lot better.
U should! we need atleast 7 to 8 hours of sleep. If U wanna look young or stay young! sleep early and wake up early!
