Am i sleeping too mutch?

so i am 17 i am 170 cm i weight 195 i do 3 hours in the pool and i sleep like 10 to 12 hours i use to sleep only 6 7 hours and woulkd fell ok when i had school

6 to 7 hours is not enough sleep for you. I think that your body needs the 10 to 12 hours right now.
Well, during the summer I sleep like 9 hours and school year around 6/7. I am 13. Um. I don't think youre sleeping too much unlesss you have headaches
8 hours is suppose to be the time needed to get adequate rest, so I would check with your doctor.
boredom is someone of a culprit. sounds like you are used to being on the go. try getting regular exercise and choose active activities.

As long as there is no underlying health issues, don't worry to much. get active!!

I'm 15 and i love to sleep for like a good 10 hours at weekends and whenever i can and im fine!
