Question:
Last night around 11:00pm, My arm started to get this weird feeling in like it was numb and tingley. I kinda felt like i was getting my blood pressure taken and all the blood was rushing to my arm and hand. I put the heating pad on it and it was okay for awhile but now that feeling has come back. I told my mom and she said I probaly strained it from the heavy lifting I did for her yesterday.
But I don't know can anyone help me, Im not sure that its strained but could anyone tell me some other problems could be?

It could be the strain, like your mother said. Or it could be a pinched nerve.
Try some gentle stretching exercises and the heating pad again. And if the problem persists, ask your mom to take you to have it checked: There are some sports injuries and some repetitive motion injuries that can do what you describe.

Sounds like an "Impinged" nerve or "nerve impingment" syndrome. You should go and see you doctor.
