Time to confess to that murder, guilt is making you incapable of sleeping
lmao yea im staying awake right now cuz i go to sleep at lk 8am and wake at 5 anyways
just go on your bed and just stay there for lk an hour? and if you can sleep i think u shud call someone
1. Do not drink coffee, tea, colas, eat chocolate, anything with caffeine, including green teas!
2. Go to bed and wake up in the morning at the same time every day. This will get your body in rhythm.
3. You will sleep when your body needs it.
4. Medications, even Tylenol and aspirin can keep you awake.
5. When in bed, close your eyes and think of something boring and repetitious.
Ask your doctor for one of the sleeping pills that are for short term use and are non-addictive. They work great and after a couple of weeks you don't even need them anymore. Just make sure you're in bed when you take them because they work fast.
You have a problem with caffeine. Cut it out of your diet, and see what happens! It sure made the difference for me.
Don't try so hard. Try instead to stay awake, and like someone else said "think of something boring". That's where counting sheep comes in. One sheep, two sheep etc. and soon you'll just go to sleep to get away from those darn animals!
