Bad headache?

Question:
i've had this headache for about five days now. advil and tylenol don't seem to work. it's really bugging me when i am at work. what should i do?

Answers:
Could it be sinuses? If I have a sinus headache no regular pain reliever will help. Or I get headaches days before my period and nothing will take it away completely.
go see a doctor. and if you dont want that, try tylenol extra strength- that is if you havent already
call a doctor
id try going to the doctor...sometimes they can prescribe stronger meds...drink lots and lots of water as well
Try Head on, Head on, Head on. It really works!
Sounds like a migraine, They make a pill called fever few herb! You can get it at a GMC store or a place that sells natural herbs. I use it and it helps so much. Try taking aleve to relieve the pain for now and start taking the fever few herb and it will help keep them away!! Good luck, hope you feel better!
I used to get really bad headaches. My doctor told me to take 4 advil when I knew one was coming.

Good luck
water water water! drink a truckload of water. keep away from alcohol, excessive salt etc. otherwise go see a doc.
The problem with many of these answers is TAKE MEDICINE! Meds will just mask a more serious problem. Lots of the time muscles contract in the neck and or shoulders and cause headaches. (especially if your work at a computer, or have an unusually high stress level) First try some muscle rub on shoulders and neck area, and if the doesn't work, try hot moist heat on your neck. (hand towel + water+ microwave= relief) Also if it still continues, then you probably should see a doctor, but I would say try an Acupuncturist, or Chiropractor so if there is a muscle problem or misalignment it should be a relatively quick fix. Also, watch your food intake, many times migraines are food triggered. (ie, caffeine, sugar, fats, etc) Headaches bite, so I hope at least one of these things helps, good luck!
Yup like everyone says go see a Dr. Its probably nothing but it could be something. I had them in back of my head for the longest time, they dissapeered after I had a heartattack. See GO 2 DR. Let us know later please....star4u
Alternative advice: You may need glasses now (or stronger ones) - if you have time, get your eyes checked. :)
