What makes you anxious and very moody? Tramadol or Synap Forte?

Question:
I have to alternate it on a weekly basis to avoid SSRI's syndrome(on Venlor XR as well). I started Friday and took 200mg once, because the 100mg did not do much. The 200mg worked very well, but the pain was back in 2 hours(Supposed to take 100mgx2 daily). I decided to try the Synap forte Saturday and today and I feel very anxious and very, very moody. I take 60 mg of dihydrocodeine morning and evening with the other meds. Have been taking this for 3 months already. What are you taking for your fibro and for breakthrough pain? I am starting to lose hope with this condition!

Answers:
www.inhousepharmacy.com has a list of side effects from venlor/effexor. same drug i reckon.
i have RA and found some antidepressants made neuralgia much worse.
stay away from tramadol!
and the long term use of venlor, well they did 12 week and 6mth tests...hardly a long trial.
the venlor itself can cause anxiety and moodswings, read right to the end of the list...if you can do it, i suggest coping as you are, without the meds, as they are a bastard to ever get off of.
codiene for pain.
and good luck.
