Question:
I was out for a walk today and I was walking kind of fast (not to fast, kind of like when your late for work fast) and I noticed that when I take in a deep breath that it hurts. The pain is on my left side at the back and its just between were my rib cage ends and my hip bone. The pain continued after I got home and that was about an hour ago but its not as strong a pain as it was.
Answers:
that is your serratus posterior or "stitch in the side muscle" you will be alright..that muscle is used when you are breathing heavy and it could take a while before the pain goes away but you will be okay.
You have a stitch, it'll wear off, if it doesn't you need to see your doctor.
Do you smoke? It sounds like either your kidneys or your lungs giving you a sign. I'd go get it checked out.
It could just be that you have slept in a draught overnight which can cause the pain.
Go to the doctor as soon as possible
