I would say... whatever time you've been waking up, set the alarm back a half hour from there... everyday go back a halfhour. I swear this works if you keep up with it.
That way you don't shock ur body, which is used to waking up at 2 to suddenly waking up at 8. I think you probably have enough time before school starts to do this by half hours. But if you have only a few days, use hour increments.
Try going to bed at a certain time every night. Like 10 or 11, the key is setting a routine. If you fall asleep at 10 and wake up at 8, you'll get 10 hours of sleep, which is a lot.
OK first you get an alarm clock that is annoying or one of those radio /CD player alarm clocks the you just stay up and not go back to sleep if you keep doing this your body or mind will eventually get tired. and make you got to sleep early if you still cant sleep like me you suffer from insomnia
Go to bed as soon as you can because it's possible that you're tired and just don't realize it. Once you go to sleep, set the alarm for 8:00 am, see how you feel. If you don't have to be up (if school hasn't resumed yet) then set the alarm to get up at 9:15 am. That extra hour should make you more refreshed enough to stay up the rest of the day. Then the next night you can get back to your regular schedule. Since everybody's different I can't guarantee that it'll work for you but this is what I've done in the past & works good for me.
omggg i have the same problem probably cause ur the one who cant fall asleep and keeps waking me up!
