What do you like to do when you feel like crap?

i wanna make myself feel better.
it's too dark and cold outside to exercise outside.
what can i do?

Answers:
take some time to spoil yourself. hot tub/ shower would be great. and then make yourself a cup of warm drink.
if you don't live alone, just tell everyone in the house that you need a little time to be alone. lock your door and enjoy yourself.
cheer up, baby!
I usually walk on the beach, play a violent video game, or just sleep.
walk around the mall!
I like to go to a movie, something funny. Or get together with a friend and do something we both like and we can talk. Hope you feel better.
Dark and cold? Get a sun lamp and exercise inside!
when i feel like crap i sit down and make of list of the pros's and con's of what is going on in my life. when i get finished i work on the pros's so i can move them to the con's side. i know it sounds useless but it helps when you get to move a pro's to a con it is a Happy feeling.
Good book ... hot bath
well it usually depends on what kind of crap you feel like
physical or mental?
whether you broke up with your boyfriend or you got into an argument with your best friend?
either way i usually like to take a bunch of girly chck flicks and a lot of junk food snuggle up nice anc comfy and call it a movie night
it keeps your focus off your problem for a while and it cheers you up.
we can make up all kinds of exuses not to work out but if you have been working out and you have made an exuse not too for some reason mabe just mabe it is your conscience that makes you feel bad because deep down you know you need to work out, and sorry could not I could not spell it right
i put on some movies, relax, eat alot of food :) if you're angry, try walking up and down. sounds odd, but when i get reeeealy pissed off i walk up and down my kitchen :) it works! go to sleep, maybe ring your friends, or just text someone who makes you feel happier :)
