I sleep with my body lower than my legs.. can that make my nose bleed?

Question:
Kind of like a see saw or whatever lol
my bed is REALLY broken in, even when i flip it, and so i sleep with my head lower than anything else i guess its kind of like sleeping upside down but not as bad, is that bad for me?
Ive been having really bad nose bleeds and headaches and just feeling REALLY out of it, kind of like panic attack mode when I wake up and I don't understand why? Could it be because I'm sleeping like that and the blood goes to my head and apparently stays there since i'm in that position for hours.
?

Answers:
You need to go consult a physician, seriously.

While it could probably be a little uncomfortable for some, it should not cause the symptoms you mentioned.

Its not like blood is pooling in your head. Your heart pumps blood all of the time and circulates in.

Unless you were almost completely upside down for hours, it should not be causing headaches and nosebleeds. PLEASE go see a doctor and make sure you tell him all of this.
Probably. I would get a new mattress.
I really don't see how that can be relevant but I would suggest you buy a new mattress just in case.
I see where your coming from with gravity causing the blood rushing to your head, but it wouldn't CAUSE a nosebleed.
If you ALREADY had ruptured vessels in your nasal septum, the gravity could possibly cause the bleed, but unlikely.

In regards to 'the blood to my head and apparently stays there since i'm in that position for hours':
blood is continuously circulating. ALWAYS. If it stops, you're dead.
Its possible, if you sleep with your legs higher that means more blood and probably more blood pressure will be in your upper section
