Question:
So, I was getting out of a van, and when I jumped out, I landed fine, but I felt a sharp pain in my knee. It didn't bother me all that much at first, but I was on a hiking trip, and by the end of it it was throbbing. On the ride home, it got better, but when I got out to walk to my door, the pain started again.
The pain only occurs when I'm walking, but I've noticed, I can't fully extend my leg without a SHARP pain. It's not swollen and there's no bruising. I'm guessing it's just strained, because of the hiking.
Any ideas what to do? Ice? Heat? Doctor visit?
