Keep yourself busy during the times you are awake, like reading or playing some sort of sport to get your mind active, so when it's time to go 2 sleep, it'll be less difficult for sure!
Do the same thing every time when you go to bed, put on the same late night clothes, eat the same food and try to sleep at the same earlier time even if it doesn't work - but don't force yourself to sleep. After a while your mind and body will listen to these signals. The mind and body work best with regular schedules. Also try to not do energizing things later in the evening, drinking caffeine and playing video games or starting to watch a good movie that you will want to finish watching.
