Sleep help!?


Question:
Whenever i wake up, i feel like i shouldn't of got up even when i wake up at noon. If i try to go to bed earlier it doesn't work and i just fall asleep around 12 anyway just like i would if i was doing somethign till then. I just need some sleeping tips or something cuz it's making me mad and i waste half my day!

Keep yourself busy during the times you are awake, like reading or playing some sort of sport to get your mind active, so when it's time to go 2 sleep, it'll be less difficult for sure!
Do the same thing every time when you go to bed, put on the same late night clothes, eat the same food and try to sleep at the same earlier time even if it doesn't work - but don't force yourself to sleep. After a while your mind and body will listen to these signals. The mind and body work best with regular schedules. Also try to not do energizing things later in the evening, drinking caffeine and playing video games or starting to watch a good movie that you will want to finish watching.
