What do u usually do when u feeling low and not in the good mood?

I go with it and ask myself what triggered it.
I get an event or image in my mind of what makes me feel low. I embrace it and focus in on the negativity.
I then think of how I would have resolved it if I could do it all over again.
I bring the scenario back into mind with the changed out come for the better.
Then, I just allow my low and bad mood to ebb on its own like riding a wave and letting the waves crash over me until I feel better on my own.
It might take all day or a few hours, but I go with it knowing it will be temporary.
Go out for a walk. Or do more vigorous exercise. Food feels good, but it makes you gain weight.
i try to get together with a good friend. if i can't or just not really my mood, then i listen to music, try watch a funny movie...
I CALL MY FRIENDS AND HAVE SOME DRINKS AND BULLSH!T
i listen to perky music or i find someone to hang out with and we go out somewhere interesting to take my mind off things. or do what you are best at, music or art or maybe writing or whatever your talent is. read a good book. try something new. play a game you can beat easily, call a friend. hope those suggestions help.
