Nose bleeds and Rollercoasters?

I haven't had a nosebleed in about 2-3 years, and I haven't had many at all. This morning I awoke to blood all over my hands, and alas, my nose was bleeding. Well, I am going to Six Flags today, to ride rollercoasters. Do you think it's safe to ride rollercoasters today?
