Been having problem with the sole of my feet where the arch is. anybody know what it is ?

Question:
Everymorning I wake up the bottom of my feet aches - where the arch part of my feet. anybody know a good exercise to reduce or totally cure it?

Answers:
could be plantar fasciitis. This is an inflammation of the plantar fascia, the connective tissue that runs along the bottom of the foot. It is very commonly associated with pain with the first step in the morning, because the plantar fascia tightens up overnight while your foot is in a relaxed position.

Some common treatments include calf stretching, massage, ice, and making sure you have shoes with supportive arches.

You should see your physician if you continue to have pain or if this pain worsens.
Sounds like you may have pulled the muscle. Try some ice and a little water in a zip-lock baggie. That may help with pain, and always wear supportive shoes, not flat.
wow I remember that pain sometimes it feels like ur tissue is tearing. how about soaking ur feet in warm water for about 20min with some kind of foot scrub or beads that dissolve in the water. get a foot massage even if its u doing it. if u wear high heels that can mean go for a flat every now and then.
I have this problem often, mine is caused from having arches that are prone to fall. Get some shoe supports that hug close to your arch for good support. For a quik fix in the morning when you wake up get some lotion and massage the archs of your feet and put shoes on as soon as possible (not flip flops) my foot doctor told me never to go barefoot for a while, which is hard for me b/c i love flipflops or bare feet.
my sister had the same problem. she went to a doctor and was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis.here is a link that better explains it.

Could be fallen arches or gout. Go see the Doctor before it gets worse.
