Is there any quick way to heel or fade away bruises?

Attach a leech to it to suck out the bruised blood.
You could always put ice or something else cold on it and try not to reinjure the bruised area, but besides that I have no clue. Since a bruise is breaking of blood vessels under your skin, I guess you just have to let your body do it's work
use ice on the bruise
