Make numbing cream at home?


Question:
Does anyone know how to make a numbing cream at home? I have tried ice and it doesn't last long enough. I do my own tattoos and I have had my eyeliner done professionally and now I am going to make it darker. I would like to find some way to make a numbing agent at home. Please help. thanks
