That guy was a Gommer! If your bleeding into your scrotum you'll know because it will swell, be very painful, and discolor as blood seeps into the surrounding tissues. A testicular torsion is a serious problem, and if your hurting again, perhaps you redid that. I know they can treat some torsions without, but others need surgery. Torsions that I have seen hurt like your getting kicked there, and keep hurting that bad until fixed.
Don't listen to half the crap you get on this dumb *** site. Thats the whole reason I started answering questions here. One day I read some of the **** people were saying and they could hurt someone who believes them or are too naive to know better.
Take some naprosyn or motrin, and if it still hurts really bad go make sure your not strangulating your testicle.
Dude, go to a doctor and get it checked out. Do you really want to take medical advice from the countless nerds who sit here all day long and do nothing but play online?
You need to tell your parents.
Internal bleeding is bleeding occurring inside the body. It may be caused by high blood pressure (by causing blood vessel rupture) or other forms of injury, especially high speed deceleration occurring during an automobile accident, which can cause organ rupture. Some diseases may also cause internal bleeding, such as the Filovirus Ebola. This infection, together with similar infections such as the Marburg virus, is fortunately rare. The most common cause of internal bleeding is carcinoma (cancer), either of the gastro-intestinal tract or of the lung, or more rarely of other organs such as the prostate, pancreas or kidney. Peptic ulceration and non-malignant inflammatory conditions of the colon (large bowel) remain, at least in the high-stress environment of Western Society, significant and indeed increasingly common conditions.
Depending on where it occurs (e.g. brain, stomach, lungs), internal bleeding can be a serious medical emergency, potentially causing death if not given a proper treatment quickly.
Internal bleeding can be serious for two reasons:
the blood can compress organs and cause their dysfunction (as can occur in haematoma)
when it does not stop spontaneously, the loss of blood will cause hemorrhagic shock, which can lead to brain damage and death.
Internal bleedings are usually called hemorrhage, even though the term is general to all kinds of bleedings. A hemorrhage can occur near the colon due to large bowel movements.
A minor case of internal bleeding is ecchymosis (a bruise): blood expands under the skin, causing discoloration.
Medical investigation is necessary to identify internal bleeding..

Internal bleeding can only really been seen with an ultra sound or a CT scan is a medical emergency which requires emergency surgery or else you will die. You usually have to have some type of trauma (bullet wound, car accident, stabbing etc) done to you to get internal bleeding. Usually internal bleeding happens in your stomach, chest, or brain, but can happen in other places. No I don't think you have any type of internal bleed, but if the pain comes back I would suggest seeing a doctor. You may get light headed, have shortness of breath or something like that if you had an internal bleed, but it's really hard to tell without proper medical tests. They guy didn't know what he was talking about.
