Question:
Answers:
First off your "skill" in bed will not determine on if you eat meat or not, but if you are talking about stamina there will also be no difference, stamina is gained by physical activities not by what you eat. Secondly you need to decide why you are going to not eat meat, are you doing it so you can possibly have more "skill" in bed or impress the ladies? If you are that is not a good reason, but if you are concerned about how the food is processed or how they treat the animals that is a good reason.
Now things to know about being a vegetarian:
There are three types of vegetarian:
-Vegan: Vegans are the strictest type of vegetarian, they will not eat animal food or produce. They live entirely on plant foods.
-Lacto-vegetarian: Lacto-Vegetarians will not eat animal flesh. They will, however, eat animal produce such as milk, cheese, eggs and four main groups.
-Lacto-ovo-vegetarian: Lacto-ovo-vegetarians will not eat animal flesh but will eat eggs in their diet.
Anyone that does not abide by the rules of those categories is not concidered a textbook vegetarian.
Some advantages of being a vegetarian:
-Due to the high fiber content of the diet, one is less likely to suffer from bowel problems.
-It is less likely for a vegetarian to have high blood pressure or heart disease.
-It is less likely for a vegetarian to be over-weight.
-Plant foods are cheaper than meat.
Disadvantages:
-Meat is a main source of a lot of vitamins and minerals, so many vegetarians lack nutrients, e.g. Iron or Vitamin B12
-Vegans in particular could suffer from a lack of calcium due to not consuming dairy produce.
-Protein is a 90% gathered in meats so vegetarians are usually taking protein supplements and have trouble gaining muscle as fast as a normal eater.
It is up to you to decide to be a vegetarian but make sure it is for the right reasons and not because of what someone else thinks. Do some research and read up on it before you commit. Good Luck!
