Put direct pressure on the site until it stops bleeding. Then clean it and put some antibiotic ointment on it and make an appointment to see your doctor. I had the same thing happen with one I had on my chin. I finally had it removed. It was benign. These types of moles usually are benign, but if it is starting to become that sensitive it is probably best to have it removed. It's a very simple procedure. They will do it right in the doctor's office and it only takes a couple of minutes and doesn't hurt at all.
