I dont know why i feel sick.?

I have a frontal headache and my neck and muscles are stiff and i dont feel like eating and feel light nausea, i dont know whats up, ive taken medicine on a regular basis too... my headace and stomach ache goes away for about 5 hours then comes back =[ Help meee =[

You should see a doctor if this persists. Take the medicine as regular as it says on the back because it will only make the symptoms go away for a while. It sounds like the flu.
I agree with the other lady. Go see your doctor tomorrow. Maybe you're sleeping wrong and your neck is strained so it gives you headaches... maybe you have allergies. maybe you're over-stressed... maybe you have meningitis... who knows darlin. Go see a doctor :)

That's really too tough without knowing more about what's going on with you physically including use of alcohol or drugs or over the counter's or prescriptions... What your diet is like...
Anyone around that could tell if you're snoring? Been having a hard time going to sleep? Not getting enough water? Any tooth-ache issues? How's the diet been?
The nausea makes it the strangest, maybe migrane?
