How far should i be sitting away from the computer screen?


Question:
Well I'm nearsighted and I use the computer without wearing my glasses and i might be sitting too close. How far should i sit back from the computer screen?

Answers:
about 4 feet, but keep looking away from monitor, staring at it to long will cause headaches, and blurred vision.
either 25yards or nose to monitor.
