Bicep strain?

2 days ago i started to work out and everything was fine. Yesterday i was at a pool party, and after the party my bicep felt like it was strained. Could it be strained because of first the pressure of the workout then at the pool party, i was in the pool swimming and goofing around, putting more pressure on it i guess. Could that have happened?

This strain stimulates your body to repair broken collagen fibers that occur with activity. As it rebuilds itself, more connective tissue begins to give the muscle bigger bulk.

My guess is that you just over did it a little. Give a few days of rest and gentle motion before resuming your normal workout. If it lasts any longer than this, you may need further follow up.
