Broke my finger from jamming in door?

well on Saturday i was at a camp and someone shut my fingers in the door, and i broke the middle 1 i have them tapped but i fell over at lunch at think i have done more damage. What should i do?

Broken fingers aren't usually that serious, I used to be a goalie in soccer and I have broken almost all of my fingers atleast once, except the pinkies. Normally you just need to make sure they are straight and put them in a splint for awhile. Unless of course the finger is bent at an ackward angle or the bone is coming through the skin. then its a bit more serious and a lot more painful

You should go and get that finger X-ray'd to check for any fractures.

Tape it up, thats what they are gonna do at the hospital, but of course charge you $1,000.

put a splint (whatever you have) around it and some ice and then go to the doctor. Even if you're at camp, I'd see someone.
