Question:
Okay, I have this weird problem. I think it's low blood pressure, but I'm not sure. I can't stand up for very long. I'm fine if I'm actually moving my body, but after like 3 or 4 minutes I need to sit down. And I tend to get really over heated and then my vision blurs and I need to sit down. I just signed up for a three month fencing class with my cousin, and I end up getting really overheated, dizzy, and I have to sit down. And I don't know what to do, because I have to keep stopping and I think my cousin is a frustrated with me. Is there any medication I could take or something?
Answers:
You need to go to a doctor. These symptoms are not normal and need to be checked ASAP. You could be anemic or have one of several other problems. Are you feeling overheated because you are fencing outside in the hot sun? This may also be contributing to the problem. Make sure you stay well hydrated and don't stay out in the heat for prolonged periods.
The best thing to do is to see a doctor and get it looked at .
It maybe several things. The only way to determine what is it is to see your doctor.
