Always tired?

Answers:
Schedule a visit with your doctor. You need to have some blood tests run to rule out thyroid, anemia, etc. Tiredness can be a symptom of many things. Before you go, make a list of any symptoms you are having.constipation, weight gain, any pain, numbness, depression, menstrual cycle changes. Do you remember an approximate time frame when this started? Anything you can tell the Dr. will help him narrow the field of investigation & assist in which tests he will order for a conclusive diagnosis. Good luck!
you are gettin too much sleep... You need to sleep maybe 7 hours for about 4 days you will be tired but your body will get back on track...
Might be anemia,go to your doctor and get a blood check.
You need to go get tested for monolucleosis (short name is "mono"). It's a virus that causes you to be run down and tired no matter how much sleep you get. It suppresses your immune system, so it needs to be diagnosed and treated or you could become VERY sick. The only way to tell if you have it is to get a blood test.
I know about this. The solution it is the fitness exercises,as you can,for at least a half year,up you need to do all the time. Also, the good needed food.Best wishes and success.
Maybe your getting to much sleep or could be a sign of something like Diabetes or heart trouble. Maybe setting a schedule of rest and exercise would help.
Hi Ashley, could be many things. As others suggested, might be that you are anemic and it would be good if you got tested for that.

Another thing that often causes exhaustion is depression.

I suspect though that it's a rut you are in. If you force yourself to get up and get active, the first few days it might be tough but each day it will get better. Get out in the sunshine, enjoy the nice summer weather and at least walk for exercise. Play some sports if you can and try to get together with friends and laugh (it's very healthy to laugh and helps oxygenate the body as you are breathing correctly when laughing).

Oh, as well, look at your diet, are you eating lots of fresh fruit and vegetables? Drinking enough fluids?
Perhaps you are getting too much sleep and this is making you tired. Too much sleep is bad for you but not quite as bad as too little sleep and it is the lesser of the two evils.

Perhaps a multivitamin every day might give you an energy boost.
