Answers:
I THINK IT IS SCIATICA, ITS THE SAME THING I GOT. AFTER YOU HAVE IT A LOOONG TIME, IT MOVES. LIKE YOU WILL HURT IN YOUR KNEEE, ONE DAY ON YOUR CALVES, AND ANOTHER DAY IT WILL BE YOUR WHOLE LEG. HERE IS A LINK FOR YOU TO CHCEK OUT THAT TELLS ABOUT THIS, IF YOU DO HAVE IT, GO TO THE DOCTOR EMMEDIATELY, AND GET AN MRI ON YOU RBACK. WHY YOUR BACK?

BECAUSE THERE ARE DISKS IN YOUR BACK THAT SOMETIMES GET INFLAMED AND THEY PUSH ON YOUR NERVES, THSOE NERVES GO TO YOUR LEGS, AND IT FEELS LIKE HELL. LITERALLY. IT HURTS SO BAD YOU FALL DOWN. ANYWAYS, I HOPE YOU DONT HAVE THIS. BUT HERE IS A LINK JUST INCASE. GOOD LUCK SWEETIE.
i dunno, i;ve never had that pain before
i would go see a doctor.
a penis is growing out of it
Probably shin splints

Ice it, or it will get alot worse, and elevate it
May very well be. But, instead of asking us on Answers, and continuing to guess, go to the doctor, and know for sure.
Probably shin splints.rest, ice, and decrease high impact activity or running for now.
Shin splints cause pain in the front of the outer leg below the knee. The pain of shin splints is characteristically located on the outer edge of the mid region of the leg next to the shin bone (tibia). An area of discomfort measuring 4-6 inches (10-15 cm) in length is frequently present. Pain is often noted at the early portion of the workout, then lessens only to reappear near the end of the training session. Shin splint discomfort is often described as dull at first. However, with continuing trauma, the pain can become so extreme as to cause the athlete to stop workouts altogether.
probably shin splints... but you might have torn a ligament or something that is holding that muscle to your bone... depending on where it is, you could have hurt a tendon or worse
take seriouse, go to the doctor, I am not scare you but! that kind of pain it is your heart vessels, make sure to explain to doctor clearly,or go to ER so they will take car eof you as soon .
If you play sports and constaly running you will have shin splints. I get them all the time. Make sure you stetch out before and if you want wear a wrap. This is what I do when I get them. Also heat it before running it losing up the mucles and ice after it clams the mucles. I hope this helpd.
IT could be shin splints. Ice could help ease the pain..

But it could also be a blood clot. Some forms of blood clot (such as DVT like I have) do not always show symptoms, so they don't swell and turn red like people watch for. My leg hurt for four days and I treated it like a pulled muscle and then on the fifth day it swelled really bad. They can be anywhere in your leg in the deep muscles...In this case, ice could cause serious problems..

So I would see a doctor and make sure of what it is. I treated my DVT as a pulled muscle and did things you shouldn't do to a DVT.

Regardless of what it is, you'd be better off knowing what it was before trying to treat it. I'm not sure what all it could be (i'm sure there's many things) but I think a doctor would be better qualified to give you advice on your leg.
