Job and carpal tunnel?

Question:
I have been working a job in customer service for over 3 years now and have had carpal tunnel in the past, it seems to be acting back up and I am scared to say anything at work or go back to the doctors. In 2001 I was treated for it and had nerve damage, I went to see a chiropractor which helped. I am just scared that if I say anything at work I will be let go and I like my job but I am tired of hurting. What should I do.

Answers:
You should go see the chiropracor again. You may want to find someone certified Active Release Technique. One can get great results from ART, especially carpal tunnel. The website is www.activerelease.com Hope this helps
first if you've been at your job for 3 years yoou should have medical insurance that includes short term disability. but if not. you should look into getting sometype of brace and possibly a cushion for under your hand to reposition it to ease the same repetative pressure. good luck.
