A pinched nerve?

Question:
i pinched a nerve in my back, it is in the lower left portion, i can basicly only look foward, and it hurts to sleep, seeing how i have no insurance or benifits, i am unable to go to a doctor, can anybody help me as in to un-pinching it?

Answers:
get on your hands and knees and make your back go up like a cat and hold it do as many reps as you feel comfortable doing.physical therapy is your beys solution at this point.don't see a Dr because when you do get insurance and need an expensive procedure they might not pay saying it was a pre exsisting condition.they will hire investigators if you need spinal fission.when you do get back on your feet check this site out.GETADR.COM i went there and had 2 artificial discs put in my back .I'm running heavy equipment jackhammers 2 yrs post op.i did suffer for about 10 years before i opted for surgical intervention.right now you got to move around ,don't sit IN comfortable chair.Mackenzie P T was the best therapy i did.he has a book out bey you should see if they have it in your library.
