Males usually stop growing at 18 and often earlier but sometimes growth continues beyond 18 and for females the corresponding age is 15.
Try a Yahoo search for "grow taller naturally" but beware of scams.
First of all, why did you give your height in centimeters? Are you trying to make me do english to metric conversions - lol. You'll be fine, people continue to grow past the age of 16, so relax.
you'll keep growing.. i know how you feel... my mom always says stuff like that.. im 14 and my mom passes me off as 12 in resturants
Being taller doesn't mean better but unfortunately society stigmatizes people that aren't tall and people always make ignorant comments.
First off, I don't know if your a male or a female but generally, girls grow up until age 16 and boys grow up until age 21. Of course there are exceptions to the rule but that's the norm.
Also, generally the height of the child is usually somewhere in the middle of the mother and father. Again, there are exceptions to the rule but typically height is determined by the genetics of both mother an father. If you don't grow as tall as your dad that doesn't make you an unappealing person. If people make comments like "your not as tall as your dad yet" respond with well, I'm not my dad, I'm my own person and taller doesn't mean better" Don;t allow people to give you a complex and just shrug off there questions and remarks as ignorance.
Wow i would tell those people to back off. My ex when he left school was 5'6, he was 17. He came home from college a year later and he was and still is 6'6. Yes you have time to grow. But accept yourself for who you are, height isnt everything and when people say those things to you be like "hey you know thats not helping" or "i dont need to hear that" my counsellor told me to say "ooouch" like almost in a commical way to get myself to tell people but not hurt them just make them realize it. I hope that helps, youll be fine! ~ Sheky
If you are still within the growing age then perhaps you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.
1. Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:

2. Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:
