what can i do to get rid of it and FAST

Answers:
Your best bet is to draw it to a head so that it can be emptied.

Make yourself a cup of tea and then when the tea bag has cooled down enough that it won't burn your skin, put that on your nose so that the warmth can draw the pus to the surface.

Once you empty the pimple you can use concealer to cover the redness for a day or two until it clears up on it's own.
mix baking soda and water into a paste..this will assist in drying the pimple up.
Might sound weird, but if you put eye drops on it, it will reduce the redness so it would be so noticeable.
Get a clean washcloth, dampen it and heat it in the microwave until it is as hot as you can stand it. Put it directly on the pimple, and keep it on until it cools off. Repeat this process as often as you can. It will cause it to form a whitehead and drain, all by itself. Depending on where it is in the whitehead formation, this may happen in a few hours, or may take a day or two- usually it's within a day. As soon as it starts to drain, it will feel much better. When it begins to drain, a little gentle downward pressure- if you can stand it, will encourage it to drain a bit faster. Don't get too agressive and don't squeeze. If it drains on it's own, it will heal a lot faster than if you try squeezing, poking or prodding it along. If you have some acne gel, you can apply a tiny bit after it drains. Don't touch it otherwise, and be sure when you do that your hands are fresh washed. Wash them again before you touch any other skin, especially elsewhere on your face. If you have any tea tree oil, a drop on the spot will help it to heal. No other potions are necessary, and can just make matters worse. If you mess with it before it is ready to drain, you can rupture it beneath the skin, and make it bigger and more painful, as well as making more of them. The same thing works for pimples where ever they come up- just plain old heat, and leaving it in peace otherwise. Your skin doesn't need or appreciate your help, and as a rule messing with it just makes matters worse.
