What can i do about scintillating scotoma?

I have the same problem. They are called pseudomigraines. The flashing lights without the horrific migraine pain. After the lights disappear I have a dull throb headache. I just deal with it. Seems like it is more prominent after I eat certain foods like chocolate..Sorry don't have a cure, but maybe the name "pseudomigraine" will help you. Scintillating scotomata.
