Answers:
Anxiety and the thought of going on holiday. Try the Alexander method of breathing and you will soon calm down.
You have the whole of your life in front of you and you must learn to pace yourself properly as someone of your age ought not to be suffering from anxiety. And is there anything that you need to address and get sorted before you go away if so do it and you will enjoy your holiday.
And yes it is good to take a soluble asprin a day as a precautionary measure, however when you get back from you holidays it is important that you get a check up at your doctors. Make that appointment before you go on holiday
Sounds as though you would benefit from doing yoga as this will help you to relax.
Enjoy your holiday and try and learn to realx a little. Bye xx
calm down the same thing happens to me. I never saw a doctor for it but i just took 2 asprin when it would start and 10 ro 15 minuets later it would stop. after maybe 2 months it stoped.
You should go and see your Doctor as soon as possible and have it checked out.
go get your heart checked right away! feel better :0)
Get a checkup done, its probably nothing more than anxiety but better be on the safe side,in the meantime don't do sit ups...
Your symptoms are quite vague but it is something that needs checking. See your gp before your holiday.
This could be anything from stress to cardiac arrhythmias. Only a medical examination could deterimine the cause, nobody on a forum could give you the answer you need.
Good luck.
Have a nice relaxing holiday..
You need to get in with your primary care physician. She will most likely want to run an EKG. There is also a chace that she may refer you to a cardiologist for a Holter monitor. This is a device that is worn for one day to three days. It is a heart monitor device and it will allow a cardiologist to look over your heart rhythms for the entire period. At any rate, the prickly pain in the chest while working out should be cause for concern, and most likely should be investigated.
SEE THE DOC THEYRE THE EXPERTS
I Have the same problem, bassy heartbeat. I went to the local hospital for a check up, they put me on the treadmill and I had to walk not run walk until I reached 70% of my hearts working capacity after this I had to visit my local GP where he broke down all the tests and results they put me through at the hospital. Basically I have an ectopic heartbeat which comes and go's. I'm only 39 yoa and at first I was shittin myself. The doc told me not to worry as the results were fine but he did say that I had to watch my diet the usual health scare treatment. So dont worry you will be fine, but if your really concearned make an appointment for the doc .
Hope everything go's alright and by the way have a nice holiday.
