Answers:
Put your head forward NOT back and pinch the bridge of your nose and Breathe through your mouth.
Put a couple of ice cubes in a paper towel and hold them on the bridge of the nose. Tip head up and close your eyes. I have allergies and get nose bleeds all summer.
Wet a towel with cold water and place on the back of your neck.
Hi =) Ok, hopefully you aren't panicking because it's no big deal. Just sit down somewhere, and tilt your head forward to allow the blood to drain from your nostrils. Pinch the bridge (soft part) of your nose, and breathe through your mouth. Try not to speak, sniff, swallow, cough or spit. Release the pressure after 10 minutes. If it hasn't stopped, reapply for another 10 minutes. After the bleeding stops, clean around the nose with warm water. I hope I helped xx
Keep your head FORWARD backwards and the blood will go back and it's uncomfortable. Gently blow it, my friend always gets nosebleeds and she blew it and said it was over in 5 minutes. Drinkw ater.
you need to tip your head back and get a cold rag on your forehead.
