How can I stop myself from snoring?

Yes, I have heard if you sleep on your side then you don't snore. But.. The thing is I CAN'T always sleep on my side and stuff. I'm also not going to do tricks where I take something pokey and stick it on my back, so if I sleep on my back I'll sleep on my side.

ive been told the "breathe right strips" help and also recently i was told that the "nose clipse" work too. you can buy the nose clipse by different names in different stores...pharmacies, walmart etc. its a clip that goes into your nostrils and around the piece seperating the 2 nostrils and is held in by magnets. i was told that sometimes it falls out tho. good luck :)
