Sleeping times.?
Question:
1. If i goto sleep in daylight will i get a better or worse sleep.
2. When i stay up late since its summer i wake up early i for some reason have more energy rather than sleeping in.
For instance if i goto sleep at midnight and wake up 7 hours later i have more energy rather than sleeping in for 11 hours. Shouldnt sleeping in give me more energy?
Answers:
You get much worse sleep if you sleep during the day. It will also start to mess with your cicadian rythm. Now sleeping that length of time can cause you to be groggy, and so when you sleep only 7 hours, thats a bit closer to the amount you need, so you wake up feeling more refreshed instead of groggy.
