I think I have water on my knee...what should I do?


Question:
OK, basically it was in the last 2 hrs it went from annoying to bad. I was playing soccer, not the reason to my knowledge cause its been feeling weird for about a week. Afterwards, it was still feeling the same, (Mind you this is just for fun soccer, just kicking it), So I took a cool bath to let it soak and massage it. I get out, sit at my computer to rest, decide to put ice on it, when I stand up I realize its really weird now. I can barely move it, and it feels like its swelled but numb. Theres no pain. But I do have ice on it to relieve swelling.

Now, I did do somethings recently that could be the problem, but im not sure. ANd where it feels the weirdest is directly in the front of my knee.

Ok, one, I pushed heaping full wheel barrow full of dirt up a hill as fast as I could.
two, I played soccer last weekend for about 3 hrs at my dads party, it locked up a few times when I tried to stop.
And, work, Thursday I worked so hard I almost passed out.

Answers:
I would suggest seeing a doctor about this problem, and do the RICE technique (Rest, ice, compression, and elevation).
