Tiredness spells?
When it hits me, my fingers and hands start to shake slightly badly, feel like my heart is fluttering and I start fancy like I'm going to leak asleep on my feet.
Sometimes I hold to go and hold a nap because sleeping is too irresistable.
I'm getting around 8/9 hours of uninterrupted sleep respectively night and am tired of have this total lack of gusto during the day, am 34 years prehistoric and not anaemic or suffering from eating disorder, though sometimes it's complicated to eat when it's so hot here surrounded by Australia right now.
Any design on what could be happening?

I am wondering from your description whether there may not be some lasting, low grade infection within your system, maybe even a UTI? I be surprised to discover a couple of years ago how weird and wonderful the symptoms of such infections can be, including dizziness, confusion, apathy ... all sorts of symptoms that one might not automatically devise of in association beside a common UTI infection.
Another piece to consider may be the quality of sleep you are getting.
Are you experiencing vast, refreshing sleep or is it possible there is something which is keeping you on a lighter sleep horizontal (for example, a radio or tv creating 'white noise', traffic or some other sound?
Your doc could possibly organise a sleep experiment for you if all else fail.
