Thumping in my head when exercising?

Question:
Hi there.
I'm not sure whether this happens to anyone else or anything, but anyway..
Whenever I go for a jog or do exercises such as skipping, I sometimes get this throbbing pain in my head, like my brain is knocking against my skull or something. Recently, it's becoming more worse and I start to feel dizzy, weak and faint everytime I experience these throbbing pains.
Does anyone know what the problem could be?
Thanks for your time.

Answers:
I put dizzy, weak, headache and pain into the Healthline.com symptom search tool. The result was hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemia can be caused by exercise. However, your statement about feeling like your brain is knocking against your skull should be discussed with a doctor. Have you had a head injury?
