Okay, really grotesque grill, but i stipulation sustain.... What do you do if you muscle freezes?


I'm very flexible, which is correct in the most quantity, but is bad, because since my joint and muscles move easily, they also catch stuck easily. I maintain getting my gastrocnemiuses (the muscles on the back of your calf right below your knee) stuck, and next they really sting and i can't move for about an hour. I know that in attendance is a way to bring back rid of the stuckness and the sting, but i can't remember... my friend has matching problem, and she told me once, but i forgot and she's away right now... i really entail to know, cuz now it's not approaching once a month, with sports, it happen almost every day!
