I don't care for the vinegar on a burn either
but have you tried aloe vera. You do what you have to
you will be okay.
not really. just make sure you keep aloe vera on it, sometimes letting it get to dry will make it worst. you should be fine in a few days. be careful next time, you don't want sun poisining or worse skin cancer.
I heard recently to take a cool bath with 2 cups of vinegar in it, it sooths the burning and heals.
Solorcaine or dermoplast. Both are spray on and have a pain relieving agent. Good luck.
trie taking a cold shower to take the heat off of it
Vitamin E cream works wonders. I have very fair skin and when I was young got sunburn pretty bad on several occassions. One time I remember was really bad. My Mom took me to the pharmacy (it was Sunday) and asked the pharmacist. He recommended a Vitamin E cream. And it really helped. The cold compresses are really good too.
Take a bath in Aveda Oatmeal Bath products.
Put vinegar on the burn to absorb some of the sting and to prevent the burn from peeling later (the vinegar will sting at first).
Use Dermoplast spray which has a member of the caine family which will help "numb" it so you don't feel the pain.
Take Motrin or Tylenol for the pain.
Also Banana Boat makes a product called Banana Boat Sooth-A-Caine it's a spray gel that contains Aloe Vera and Lidocaine and it helps ease and soothe the sunburn pain away.
