Guys, i have training with college coaches ( soccer ) and i pulled my quad. i still have 2 weeks left and i need to heal my semi- pulled quad muscle as fast as possible. Any tips on what to do with a pulled quad? Thanks in advance.

Ice and rest for 2 day immediately.
Third day, begin with heat, mild stretches, ice and rest - 2 times a day for 3-5 days then slowly start increasing with continued heat - stretch - ice & rest.
