Answers: no don't. it could get infected and it will burn alot. fairly wait for it to step away. i know it's annoying especially since it's on your hand but a bit try and ignore it. moral luck =)
If you want an infecion and extreme pain afterwards pop them , what kind of query is that , i have a cut on my leg do you give attention to i should scrap it stale?
