i think i know what ur talking about: ur eyelid kinda goes wack? am i right. if so, keep reading. i had the same thing going on at work. i work at a computer so i'm assuming its due to straining my eyes. so i got some rest and it went away. maybe u just need to sleep a little more. ur probably just tired. hope this helps.
Get some sleep. It is typical when fatigued.
My aunt had that for a while. I believe it was anxiety related. Eventually it just stopped. Just try and relax, I guess.
The Big Bang !! Cool moniker .... anyways, muscle spasms, cramping, twitching etc. are usually due to magnesium deficiency. When we are deficient in magnesium the body will leach it from our bones thus our nerves and muscles will usually be the first indicators of a deficiency. Try eating more foods rich in this mineral:
green leafy vegies, wholegrains, nuts and seeds and fish.
Otherwise simply supplement your diet with a magnesium oxide tablet. This will probably also resolve any constipation problems.

Rest and moist heat to the eye area may help. Your condition is likely do to muscle fatigue and nothing to worry about. It resolves on it's own. You may however, have something impinging on a nerve that is irritating it. For this reason I would advise seeing an ophthalmologist if it has lasted a week.
Try 500 mgs magnesium ..capsule, should help relax the muscle
also add 1000mgs calcium and vit D...
I have a nerve rapped around my jaw so i have eye spasms ALL of the time. This might work for you or maybe just me but draw a cross on your eyelid with your finger. You can do this gently or if that does not work rapidly but it normally works so...start at the top of the eyelid and go down vertically then go halfway back up and move horizontaly repeat.
There is a yoga execise for the eye. Basically you look far left, far right, up, down, then all around. Also look far diagonally, same thing right, left, up, down.
Spasms and twitching are often caused by a magnesium deficiency.
