I think you've done all you can do for now. It will be VERY important to took at it closely each day to check for any redness as this would probably be a sign of infection. I'd advise continuing with the peroxide & neosporin daily. You may want to soak it in warn water as this tends to pull out any "bad stuff". If you see any redness: Go to a doctor immediately. Ouch! just let it heal, keep on disinfecting it. If it gets red and pus starts coming out of it go back to your doctor. Just make sure u keep it clean all the time. Good luck
i used to do that a lot as a kid there is nothing you can do as long as you have had your tetanus shot you will be fine.
No...you are fine since you got a tetnus shot. Just keep it clean and keep a band-aid on it to keep it from getting infected. it looks like u have done everything that u need to...hope your foot feels better.
Not at this late date. The tetanus shot should have take care of it. Nails don't have to be rusty, it's the hole in your foot that lets in germs.
Not really no. Just keep an eye on it in case of infection just to be safe though.
