I live out in the country.I cant even walk to my car with out getting bug bites. AFTER i get bit i itch and its mostly my ankles. I use alcohol and it seems to stop the itches.IS that chiggers? AND what is a good prevention?

alcohol won't kill chiggers. sounds like skeeters.try eating less sweets- they love people who eat sugar!
Vanilla extract 1/2 cup mixed with 1 cup water, put into a spray bottle and spray before going out. good for gnats, too.
