Possibly strained bicep/shoulder?


Sadly, I was playing Wii Sports, and I get a little aggressive, and after a long time of playing, my upper arm and shoulder muscles started to quality a bit...worn out, almost. When ever I moved my arm, its almost like a dull agony, and a little thin when I move my arm upwards. Is there any instrument I can make it surface better?

I have arts school tomorrow, and I have gym class first point (Which I highly doubt I can return with out of), and I need a route to either halt it, without complicating my conservatory work, since its my right arm.


Answers:    Keep either an rime or hot pack on it. Take a hot shower and let the hose go on your upper arm and shoulder for a while. I doubt you call for to immobilize it...in recent times try not to play baseball with it or anything. It should be better after rest. Also, embezzle tylenol or ibuprofen, or whatever local anaesthetic you prefer.
