Make sure you put ice on it, and then after a few hours soak it with balsam salt in a hot tub. Every once in a while, just try to "write out" the alphabet with your foot. The rolling of the muscles and ankle itself is a good recovery process. Don't play ball for at least 4-5 days.

you praboly just sprained it dont worry it will go away in about 3 days and see if it hurts when u walk on your heel it shouldn't
Ice it and elevate it. Then after a few hours apply heat. If you can walk on it, you probably didn't damage anything too badly.
you should def. put some ice on that to reduce swelling.
